The most important thing that Run Pain Free has done for me is that it's made me see myself as an athlete. It like made me have this holistic approach to running where it's become not just about going out and putting in the miles but how am I doing the injury prevention and correction? How am I fueling my body? How am I recovering? When I'm on in the program posting, it's just such a positive encouraging environment. Another thing Run Pain Free has given me.
